Skills Training Cancellation Policies:

1. Monthly Training Package Cancellation

• Notice Requirement: Participants must provide at least 14 days notice before the next billing cycle to cancel their monthly training package.

• Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the payment has been processed, but the athlete may continue training until the end of the paid period.

2. Individual Session Cancellations

• Notice Requirement: Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a make-up session.

• No-Show Policy: If a participant misses a session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refunds or reschedules will be provided.

• Make-Up Sessions: A maximum of 2 rescheduled sessions per month is allowed, subject to trainer availability.

3. Emergency or Medical Cancellations

• If a participant is unable to continue training due to a medical condition or emergency, a prorated refund or credit may be issued upon submission of proper documentation.

4. Weather or Facility Closures

• If training is canceled due to weather conditions or facility closures, participants will be given the option to reschedule or receive a credit for future sessions.

5. Program Modifications & Termination

• The training program reserves the right to modify schedules, coaches, or locations as necessary.

• If the program is permanently canceled by the provider, participants will receive a full refund for any unused sessions.
